This site and the mobile application are made available to you by "TennisKeeper" and subject to these Terms of Use, including those set forth in the Privacy Policy. By accessing materials from the App, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time.

Payments

If you choose to subscribe to Live Match, Swing Analyzer or Insights Pack, you must designate and provide information about your preferred payment method (e.g. credit card) using your iTunes account. You will immediately be charged for these fees after you tap to purchase the subscription.

Fees and Renewals

You may subscribe to Live Match, Swing Analyzer, Insights Pack by month or by year. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month. Yearly subscriptions will automatically renew each year. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-release is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Live Match subscription, Swing Analyzer, Insights Pack subscription by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. The cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will have the same level of access through the remainder of the billing cycle and no refunds will be provided for the remaining billing cycle.
